New range

Performance enhancement:

1. The new thermal insulation of the boiler is far more efficient compared to the past. The outside temperature of steam generators is remarkably lower than before and also lower power consumption is registered, as a result of a decreased intervention of the heating element used to keep the required water temperature inside the boiler.

2. The room inside the equipment is wider thus allowing a better air recirculation. The new body shape enhances heat dispersion.

Components:

3. Both electrical and mechanical components have been carefully selected among the premium quality products available on the market and all of them are CE certified.

According to their required function, the position of all components is designed in order to increase their lifetime, far from heating sources and thus thermal variance.

Assembly:

4. All Plyno steam generators are equipped with a cover that protects the inside and are slightly protruding in the front and in the back, as shown in the figure, in order to protect the components located in the front and back panels.

5. The front and back panels can be tipped up, after removing the equipment cover, allowing to carrying out quick inspections or service interventions, in case some spare part needs to be replaced. This system allows reducing service costs.

6. Due to the assembly type, Plyno steam generators can be defined as a self-carrying equipment.

7. The electrical system is equipped with two separate circuits with separate fuse protections: heating element resistance (water heating and steam generation) and 24-volts circuit (transformer and steam electrovalve). Default protection values are different and take into account the capacity of the components of the circuits used for GV6, GV and mini GV steam generators.

8. The grounding connection of each metal component, including the steam gun, guarantees equipotentiality.

9. A special hook is supplied in order to house the steam gun to the right-hand or left-hand side of the cover. Models GV6 and GV are equipped with a galvanized tray in the front that can be used to leave objects and tools during the working cycle. The tray can be tipped up to protect the main switch panel and avoid accidental switching off.

Safety devices:

10. A special transparent inspection window allows checking water level and prevents accidental contact with the inside of the equipment or the insertion of foreign objects that may cause damages to the pressurized and hot glass pipe.

As shown in the pictures, the equipment is free from sharp edges that may cause accidental injuries.
